Selingo ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information across our mobile applications (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and our website (https://selingo.app).

We collect information to provide a better experience and improve our services.

A. Mobile Applications (iOS & Android)

Our mobile applications do not support in-app account registration. We collect the following non-identifiable data:

  • Identifiers: We collect Device IDs (such as IDFV or Android ID) to track unique installations and app performance.
  • Usage Data: Through Firebase Analytics, we collect information on how you interact with the app (e.g., button taps, screens viewed).
  • Diagnostics: Through Firebase Crashlytics, we collect crash logs and performance metrics to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

Note: The mobile app does not collect or link your personal identity (User ID) to this technical data.

B. Web Platform (https://selingo.app)

Our website allows for account creation and management.

  • Authentication: We use Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts. This requires collecting your email address and password.
  • Web Analytics: We use Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and user behavior.

Since the mobile app does not have account management features, users who created an account on our website can request account deletion by emailing support@selingo.app.

Process

Upon request, we will delete your account and all associated personal data from our Firebase Authentication records within 7-14 business days.
